Dave Holker has focused his consulting services in Asia since 1997 when he founded Pacific Rim Connections. He founded Asia Headhunters in 2003.

Mr. Holker has a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He has lived in various parts of Asia for over 8 1/2 years and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Holker has a wealth of knowledge and experience concerning Asia. In 2005 he was selected by the Central Organization Committee of China to serve as the Honorary Chairman of China's first forum for Globalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This forum was held in Bejing and attended by over 300 foreign companies.

Mr. Holker personally screens and interviews every Candidate prior to any recommendation. For a period of one year, if for any reason one of our recommended Candidates is fired, or leaves your company we will replace him with another Candidate free of charge.
